Cancellation Policy
1. Personal Training Packages

Package Overview: Personal training is offered in packages. Each package includes a posture assessment as a complimentary part of the program, providing a comprehensive understanding of your physical condition.

Rescheduling: Clients are allowed to reschedule up to three sessions within each package. To reschedule a session, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance. If you fail to provide 24 hours' notice, the session will be forfeited, and no further rescheduling will be allowed for that session.

No-Show Policy: If you do not attend a scheduled session without prior notice, the session will be counted as completed and cannot be rescheduled.
2. Group Training Sessions

3-Day Trial for New Members: New members are eligible for a 3-day trial when they first join our group training program. If you choose not to continue after the trial, you will receive a 80% cashback on the fee paid.

Continuing After the Trial: After the 3-day trial, if you continue with the group training program, no refunds or rescheduling will be allowed for missed sessions. All fees paid are non-refundable.

Posture Assessment for Group Training Participants: Posture assessment is not included in the group training program. If you wish to have a posture assessment, it is available as an additional paid service.

No-Show Policy for Trial Sessions: There is no penalty for missing trial sessions, but we recommend attending to maximize your experience.
3. Standalone Posture Assessment

For Personal Training Clients: The posture assessment is included as a free service within your personal training package.

For Group Training Clients and Others: If you are not enrolled in personal training but wish to receive a posture assessment, it is available as a separate paid service. Payment must be made before the assessment is conducted.
4. Cancellations by Functional Wellness Concepts Pvt Ltd

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any session or appointment. In the event of cancellation by us, you will be notified as soon as possible, and any fees paid for the session will be fully refunded or applied to a future session, based on your preference.
5. Refunds

Refunds are generally not provided for cancellations made by the client under any circumstances.
6. Membership and Package Cancellations

If you have purchased a package or membership, cancellations will be managed according to the specific terms of that package or membership. Typically, package sessions are non-refundable but may be transferable or applicable to other services.
7. Changes to the Cancellation Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be communicated to you and will take effect immediately upon posting on our website.
